Digital from day one. E-commerce, graphic design, and then UX as the field grew around me.

Alongside that, over a decade of my own side hustle: brand identities, visual systems, digital presence for startups and small businesses. The two tracks have always fed each other.

The best design work I've been part of didn't happen because of a good process. It happened because the team trusted each other enough to push back, be wrong, and change direction.

That doesn't happen by accident. It's something you build deliberately and earn, and it's one of the things I care most about.
